Family Support

At our school, we understand that family life can sometimes bring challenges, and no one should feel they have to face them alone. Our dedicated pastoral team is always here to listen, offering a warm, compassionate approach and practical support for any families who may need it. Whether you have a small concern or are navigating a more complex situation, we are committed to working alongside you to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive.

Please never hesitate to reach out - our   pastoral team will always be here to listen, guide  and support you and your family. You can phone the school and ask for a member of the pastoral team or contact the office at   school@stwerburghsprimary.com

We recognise that different families may need different types of support,  this could be, and is not limited to:

  • School anxiety or school refusal

  • Food voucher support available

  • Uniform support

  • CAPO (Children Affected by Parental Offending) support
