Welcome to St Werburgh’s Primary School

St Werburgh’s Primary School is a popular inner city primary school that is at the heart of the local community. We teach children aged 4 –11 years old, on two sites which are very close to each other. The Willow site is located on James Street and is for children in Years 3-6. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are based on our Silver Birch annexe, which is located on Mogg Street.

Our school reflects the wide range of cultures in the local community and has a vibrant and inclusive feel. It is a special place to be, a place where we value kindness, curiosity and commitment.
